Whenever an attack performed by a unit inflicted Smoke In The Eyes is dodged by their target, the respective unit's Smoke In The Eyes duration resets. Passive Effects: 1. Immune to Energy Reduction effects 2. Reduces DMG received by 70% 3. When attacked, has a 30% chance to recover HP equal to 10% of Max HP
