When this Hero has less than 70% of her HP, her DMG Reduction increases to 90%, her ATK SPD increases by 100%, and her skill's Paralyze duration increases to 3s. For the next 3s, enemy targets that are Paralyzed by this skill will have their Dodge reduced by 38%.)
