(Cooldown: 6s) *Dragon Power Each stack of Dragon Power increases this Hero's reflected DMG dealt by 40% (can obtain up to 2 stacks). At 2 stacks, this Hero enters the Dragon Warrior state for 10s. While in the Dragon Warrior state, he deals 0.6x more CRIT DMG. After unleashing a Skill, he recovers HP equal to 38% of Skill DMG dealt, converts all DMG dealt to Piercing DMG, and resets Dragon Power stacks. Passive Effects: 1. Immune to all conditions 2. Sturdy - cannot receive DMG per hit that exceeds 15% of their HP 3. Tai Chi Physique, which increases Po's ATK by 20% and CRIT Rate by 10% every 6s (can obtain up to 10 stacks), and converts his DMG received into HP for 3s every 6s 4.
