Summons a Wandering Dragon to thrash around an enemy Hero for 4s, dealing 600% ATK DMG every 0.5s. to the target and surrounding enemy Heroes, and increasing the DMG they receive by 15% for 4s. (stackable). Additionally, there is a 40% chance for targets to receive an extra 600% ATK DMG each time they are hit by the thrashing Wandering Dragon. (Thrashing DMG has 15% Piercing and 40% Lifesteal effects) (Cooldown: 6s.) Passive Effects: 1. When attacked, there is a 80% chance to reflect 50% of the received DMG for the next 3s, Cooldown: 6s. 2. This Hero is Sturdy - This Hero cannot receive DMG per hit that exceeds 15% of their HP. 3.
