Hero summons an ice shield that grants immunity to attack damage and reflected damage for 5s. Hero also deals 280% ATK DMG to nearby enemy targets every 0.5s for 5s, and Freezes them for 1s every 0.5s for 5s. (Cooldown: 7s. This Hero is immune to Silence and conditions from Calamity. When ice shield is in effect, Hero cannot move, attack, trigger skills, nor obtain boosts and conditions granted by Skills and Enchantments.)
