Casts Harmonious Sounds that lasts for 5s on the friendly unit with the lowest percentage HP (The target unit cannot receive damage, move, attack, trigger skills, nor obtain boosts and conditions granted by Skills and Enchantments when Harmonious Sounds is in effect) and restores target's HP equal to 11% of target's Max HP. (Cooldown: 7s.) (This Hero is immune to Energy Reduction effects and reduces DMG received by 70%.)
