After 2.5s, deals 1000% ATK DMG to all nearby enemy targets again. (Cooldown: 6s) Passive Effects: 1. Ignores DMG limits 2. Skill unleashed ignores Elusive 3. Immune to Silence, Inhibit, and Energy Reduction effects 4. When killed, deals 1500% ATK DMG each to all nearby enemy targets, and inflicts Inhibit on them for 2.5s.
