Effect

When this Hero is killed, inflicts Plague on the enemy Hero with the lowest percentage HP. The enemy Hero loses HP equal to 12% of their Max HP every second for 5s. If the enemy Hero is killed within the 5s, Plague transmits to the next enemy Hero.
